. . . very happy if their team finishes in the Top Ten.

. . . ecstatic if their team gets into the CFP

. . . overjoyed if their team wins the Natty



And the cherry on top is that so many of our young men give us so many reasons to be proud of them off the field as well.

It's a bitter loss. It is not supposed to feel good. But don't let it shake our foundational beliefs in our university, our program, and our young men.

Mourn (silently) for a day or two. Then get over it. Then get on with it.

New recruits arrive on Monday.
