For realz.
They took their time about it.
And of course, after running a careful cost/benefit analysis, and waiting to see which sporting events and sponsors will or will not pull out of their state, the Georgia GOP will of course duly decide whether or not they actually give a sh!t. Probably comes down to whether or not they get the Masters, the Peach Bowl, and various and sundry NFL, NBA, MLS, and NHL sponsorships, and if the World Cup committee starts leaning on them. That could be big. They're about to start assigning venues for 2026 World Cup matches and the Benz was high up on the list. They don't want to lose that. That's worth more than a Super Bowl.

Delta has a hub at LaGuardia so you can call NY one of their homes.
New York does not allow absentee ballots unless you can show you're not going to in your county or borough on election day.
Georgia allows absentee ballots for ANYONE who wants one.
Again, who is suppressing votes? I guess if GA was doing that all along, no one would care.

Yeah. Missing all that revenue from a Bruce Springsteen concert was quite a financial hit. Didn't get to sell any $12 twenty-four ounce Natural Lights or $8 corn dogs.

Springsteen was a POS for what he did (cancelling an already scheduled concert that was only 3 days away). All he did was screw over 20,000 fans.

So the whole argument against this law is the same as always: Blacks are too ignorant to act in their own self interest by obtaining a valid I.D., and if they have to stand in line a few minutes to cast a vote, they're being oppressed.
Why more Blacks aren't offended at being portrayed as dull witted and needy is beyond me.
