Bought U2 Tix for Joshua Tree 30th tour in Chicago on Jun 3. Field level, soldier field, was stoked and was gonna take my son.
Turns out there's some huge oncology convention in town that weekend----40,000 attendees. A room at the Motel 6 is $900 a night.
So I figure "no prob, I'll sell tix and just get some for Louisville instead".
That's when I discover I have these GD NON-TRANSFERABLE TICKETLESS TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER WHICH REQUIRE ME SHOWING MY CREDIT CARD TO GET IN THE GATE.
In essence they're useless---WTPH? Anyone know a way around this or do I have to eat a couple hundred bucks if I don't go to Chicago? This is crap.

Other solution would be to create some type of deterrence for the convention. Make people not want to go/cancel their plans
fye: unload thousands of snakes at the convention center the night before the convention kicks off.
