It will be put forth to the voters as a constitutional amendment #ACA-5.

It would reintroduce who gets a state job or contract, or who is admitted to a state university based on color of skin, AGAIN.

So, color of your skin is antithetical to equal justice under the present law, as the WSJ opinion editorial stated.
