ladies who Pitch, they are tough and I say that because of how much Pitching that they have to do not just one game and get a week off like Baseball Pitchers do but having to go so many games in row without hardly any time in between games to rest the arm

Softball pitching involves the natural movement of the arm. Much easier than baseball

Listening to the announcers earlier that were doing the Georgia-Kansas game on ESPNU,they were talking about the difference between the speed of Softball and Baseball pitches and they said that a Softball Pitcher that pitches at a speed of 72 mph that was like a Baseball Pitcher pitching at around 96 mph

The difference is 43 feet vs 60.5 mound to the plate!

I really don't see anything natural about underhanding a ball that big that fast and hard. That just isn't natural IMO!!! Women have smaller hands and throwing a bigger ball underhanded that hard and fast, and I would bet that most of us T-Net men couldn't get a hit off those girl pitcher's!!!

And pitched every single game for three seasons. Then went to college and pitched a good bit as well. I’m high school she had to because she was the only pitcher, but she never had any arm problems. I will say that in college they tried her in center field but she said the throws hurt her shoulder. Maybe throwing underhand for so long made the overhand throws hurt? Idk

I remember Kaitlin Lee for Ole Miss pitched all 14 innings of a super regional game a few years ago. Then pitched the next game.
