Yesterday I studied the 123 Psalm.

This morning about 5am I learned why. Some thumpers parked across the street and had a 2 1/2 hr conversation over some high volume bass; I wouldn't call it music. It was loud enough to make me think my pillow was attacking me.

God is good.

"1 (A Song of degrees.) Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

3 Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud."

King David was filled with precious truths. Is it any wonder that Solomon was called the wisest man to ever live?

'Today is a day that The LORD hath made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.' (paraphrased) Might be another Psalm but I'm thinking Joshua too.
