Asking for a friend….

Absolutely

And I’m sure there has been communication between Clemson and the SEC regarding that. The SEC would just tell the coots to get on board. If they don’t like it they can go to the aac. They would fare better there anyway

coots to get on board. But I have a feeling we're not on the SEC's wish list even if the coots have no say. They much more want a team from North Carolina and Virginia.

possibly, but they already have a school from our state. I see them going more after NC State and VT.

this comment is based on an outdated paradigm. The conferences have actual revenue generating data that informs that Clemson is a must get.

Maybe we could pay the SEC to move the coots back to the ACC because of their lack of performance in football!

Absolutely. And they have a great deal of buyer’s remorse

for taking your chickens. Of course they have enjoyed beating the brakes off of USuCk in football over the years so it hasn’t been all bad.

At this point I'm fairly certain the SEC would trade Clemson

for USuC in a heartbeat but more than likely would settle for having both in the conference if they believe it will help their bottom line or control of college sports.

We are the only team that has competed with Bama the past decade, their isn’t a conference that wouldn’t take Clemson. I seriously don’t understand the thinking of people who believe we will have a hard time finding a new home if needed.

Better question is would they still take the coots if roles were reversed?***
