FSU torched us with Winston at QB. Lots of blame to go around this morning. But the sun did come up. Go Tigers!!!

It rivaled the day we lost that first game to UVA EVER in Death Valley. It was awful. Worst defense I’ve seen since Kevin steel at Clemson

At least that fsu team went on to win the national title.

This was really bad but due to the opponent not as bad as the 2022 home game vs a mediocre South Carolina team.

that was at least against a loaded FSU that went undefeated, won the national title, and put about half the team into the NFL.

Last night we got manhandled by an above average Louisville team that will probably find a way to lose to Kentucky again and finish about 8-4.

We allowed nearly EIGHT yards per rush last night and tallied zero sacks and basically no pressure on 32 Louisville passing attempts. This DL stinks. I don't care what names are on the jerseys or what star ratings they had coming out of HS, this is the worst DL we've put on the field in over a decade.

That game was won at the LOS. We got beat on both sides. Not sure how we won the box score besides the final. Did not feel like we had over 400 yards with zero TO’s.

We ran ALOT more plays than they did. They had a pretty big edge in YPP and hit on some explosive plays.

We reverted back to our old "grind it out" offense with virtually no attempts to stretch the field. We've proven over the last 4 years that that offensive philosophy is not effective.

Louisville started 3 drives around our 40 after poor punts, one around midfield after a blocked FG, and two more around our 45 after failed onside kicks.

We started most of our drives around our own 25 after Louisville kickoff, and two inside the 20 after ill-advised attempts to return kickoffs.

Without doing the math, I'd guess Louisville was gaining about 15 yards on us on every change of possession. That adds up to a huge amount over the course of a game.

Here's how, 44 plays in 4th quarter with half our offensive stats gained after the outcome was long decided.
