Miami should blow wake and syracuse out with the talent they have.......however they tend to play around way too much and GT showed if you shorten the game a little you have a better chance.

Acc really doesn't have a team that should be in the playoffs tbh. That's why I think they'll eventually do away with conference automatic bids and 1-4 rank will get byes.

Miami can score, smu has proved they can play D. That goes for the b12 too. BYU squeezed by smu on the only h2h.

But you have to keep that aspect of it or at least let them host 1st Rd. Just like NFL, no matter how bad your division is, you get to host wild card game and sometimes the 2nd best team doesn't even get a bye (by the old NFL system)

It's all ab defense. Can Miami stop a running qb? Thatsd our Achilles heel. Can they stop it? I would count on smu combustion

Their defense has been wobbly--at best--all season. It was a matter of when, not if, they'd lose.

I suspect they will lose again.

On another note, I think Brent Key is turning GT around. Give him another season or two to build, they're going to be dangerous again.

Against a physical team that can run the ball Miami is susceptible. In a shoot out they’re unbeatable. I’d say it’s a long shot but maybe they will go in the tank and let one loss turn into two.

all the pressure is on SMU and Miami. They see Clemson coming up on them in the rearview mirror. Miami already stumbled and we've seen portal teams collapse once there's adversity. So yeah I wouldn't be surprised if they lose again. As for SMU I could see them losing to Virginia or Cal, but highly unlikely.
