If he were as great a coach as he "thinks" he is why did he have no answer for the second half that he lost 54-38 !

with 6 minutes left and a huge lead he was trying to shorten the game by using clock. It almost backfired, but the game was really never in jeopardy.

Because he had a big enough lead to hang on for the win. They weren’t a very good team. They couldn’t shoot or hit free throws, but dang if they didn’t make all the close shots. He out coached and they outplayed us in first half. That Shumate kid sure put on a show. He can fly but it would have really helped out if someone would have put a body on him near the offensive glass. Purdue will work them over on Saturday. They aren’t a very good team either.

Because he employed the same strategy our football team does with a lead late. They try to run out the clock, which I despise when you’re rolling. Don’t stop rolling. But a little harder to do in basketball with a shot clock and the opportunity to foul.
