I’m most disappointed in the medical community. They threw basic science out the window to follow the lies. Disgusted mostly with them. I had Covid 19 months ago. A couple months later I was getting my annual physical. My doctor said “you need to get the vaccine”. I said “I had Covid” He said “you still should get it”. I told him “you know better , just stop it”. He didn’t say anything else.

I've talked to my (and my wife's) physicians about Covid-19 vaccines, and to those who won't immediately shut down the conversation when they gather that I'm not a supporter, it becomes apparent that they do not study the data.
All but a very few simply take what the AMA tells them and what their pharmaceutical reps tell them.
We all get it ... these physicians are busy. But they also are not committed enough to their profession to forego some golf / dinner / etc. outings in order to study up on the biggest public health crisis since the Spanish Flu.
In other words, despite being highly educated, they are actually common (i.e., like most people). They believe that they put in their time, and are now going to enjoy the good life. No more of this study study study routine; they are past that.
Then, there are a few physicians who did their homework, assessed the available data, and said He77 no ... that is, until financially coerced by their (less studious) Doctor's Group colleagues.
One of my specialists had previously been a vax heretic. Strongly discouraged any of her staff to get the vax; neither would she let her teenage child take the vax; vax being unproven through inadequate clinical trials and not proven safe via their EUA status. This was her position as of mid-year 2021.
But then, their Doctor's Group colleagues (i.e., the other physicians who have equity interest in their 'Doctor's Group' building) and Doctor's Group Insurer pressured her and her family to get the vax. (I learned this just ~ 1 month ago.) Shortly thereafter, her college age son came down with heart problems and is now on cardiac drugs.
The leadership of the CDC, FDA, and NIH should all be sent to a Gulag.

Thanks for your post. The vaccines absolutely caused some problems in a few people. I know of several who developed heart problems and a couple women with severe menstrual problems. I knew 2 who died as a direct result of clotting after the vaccine. You should go back about a year and a half ago and read some of the name calling I received for posting about the dangers and suggesting natural immunity as a viable option. I really don’t care. The vaccines were never what they were cracked up to be and they were certainly not safe.

TNet's 'study the science / pro-vax' crowd simply hide when they are proven wrong, and move on to another of their 'follow the science' topics.
It seems that no matter how wrong they are (after gobbling down the lies hook, line, and sinker from their 'science' sources) one one topic, they simply resurface with their next display of ignorant hubris with their next 'follow the science' sham.
Good job by you for having the tenacity to keep sharing your (substantiated) skepticism re: Covid-19 vaxxes over the past 1.5 years. Glad to see that criticism from the loud mouthed ignorant adolescent VAX believers didn't dissuade your efforts to educate them.

What do you observe? We can look at studies , listen to “experts” etc but what are you personally observing ? I think people honestly need to look at the world around them and consider personal choices based on what they actually see and experience. That’s not unreasonable in my opinion.

I see that you are not keeping up with the inexorable trail of new findings about the problems of Covid-19 vaccines.
Much of the data about their dangers comes from Europe; for the most part, the EU nations are not as suppressive of information that runs counter to the narratives from each country's respective national health organizations.
But you go on believing what NPR tells you.
Maybe you'll be among the (short term) lucky ones that doesn't suffer from negative health consequences from taking the vaccines.
Maybe not.

Nice post, but it should not be interpreted that ONLY those who are counting on herd immunity (i.e., immunity not associated with vaccines) will still get sick more than once.
Given that the COVID-19 vaccines by themselves can create serious health problems, then why take the Covid-19 vaccines at all?
Choice #1: Don't take the Covid-19 vax ... face the prospect of increasingly serious impacts on key bodily organs / systems with each iteration of Covid-19 infection.
Choice #2: Do take the Covid-19 vax ... face the prospect of increasingly serious impacts on key bodily organs / systems with each iteration of Covid-19 infection -AND- face the risk of serious health problems from taking the vax.
I'm done with taking the Covid-19 vax. Within 3 weeks of taking my second dose of Moderna (back in April 2021), I started having increasingly intense seizures. During the 2.5 day time in the hospital, I was astounded by the number of non-physican medical personnel who confided about their post-vax 'brain fog' problems.
These vaccines and the suppression of 'negative data' about the 'safety' of the vaccines by the health authorities and the majority of physicians is a crime against humanity.

There has never been a virus that suppresses MHC1 that has ever disappeared. Colds, flu, HIV, there's a list and covid is on it too.
Worst part is this was known in May of 2020. Chinese first told us. Ironic really.

I've had COVID twice - original strain back in late February 2020 and the Omicron variant back in May of this year.
I took the Pfizer vaccine (both shots) back in April 2021 but won't be taking another. The shots don't seem to prevent one from getting COVID and have a limited lifespan of effectiveness. While the original COVID strain knocked me on my ### for about 10 days, the Omicron variant was 3 days of next to nothing fever with a few aches and pains that Tylenol could handle. I've had worse symptoms from a sinus infection than my most recent COVID experience. I'm done worrying about this stupid Chinese concocted disease...
