that a small town anywhere should have that kind of malarkey.
For God's sake, it's not like you're dealing with a NYC or Chicago or LA, whatever. Yet, there always seems to be someone who tries to stir up trouble.
The way I see things, the town of Clemson is named so for one and only one reason: they have a humongous state university adjacent, which is why the frigging town exists in the first place. And it doesn't need nor wants any manufactured, foolish controversy over frigging politics in its little enclave called a town.

Sounds like a very weak case and frankly, subject to the Tort Claims Act which caps any damages. Talk about a sore loser.....wow.
