but I wish I could say the same for 76 year old muscles and tendons. Took a pretty hard fall in my yard about an hour ago and the one hip joint that didn’t hit the ground hurts like crazy from whiplash

I hope you're fine. I just received a "Medical Guardian" alert that you wear like a bracelet.

It's a really neat device if you live alone and have an emergency.

It also has " fall detection " in instances like you described above.
