There’s only one way I believe it can happen.
DJ is DJ of 2020. OL is OL of 2020. WR are WR of 2020. And Klubnik isn’t ready.
What are the chances of all that happening? Not that great. I at least see DJ being improved. Improved enough to keep Klubnik off his heels? We’ll see. OL I do believe will be significantly better. WR have to stay healthy. That was the problem last year and we had guys playing out of their natural position.
Rattler will make them better. I do believe top to bottom SC will be a significantly better team this year. But our Defense is going to be just smothering and if they can’t score at least 24 on us they don’t have a chance (with our D I don’t see them scoring 10). They won’t keep us under that number unless what I stated up top happens. Which is dooms day scenario for our entire season anyway.

I'm not predicting who will be the starting QB, but Klubnik has been working hard since January. I believe he will be ready to play. At least we will have options this year that weren't available in 2021.

Do the coots realise they won three games last year that could easily have been losses. ECU...ECU was up 17 points with 30 seconds to go in the first half and their coach went brain dead. Called a center screen, that was tipped and picked off for a pick six. Run out the clock, go to the locker room and you start the 2nd half with a 17 point cushion AND THE COOTS FEELING DOWN. Florida...LOL. Florida gave up 52 to Samford the very next week. Fifty Two!! Auburn...another coach that went brain dead. Tank Bigsby was running all over the coots and Auburn decides to go AIR Central!
Now, the coots did win those games so I will give them that. But, they can just as easily have the reverse happen to them this year.
