We can shuffle the staff around and try and get Streeter a good job with another ACC school or something.

But we need some fresh ideas. This has been brewing for a couple years but generational talent at QB and RB has covered up our schematic issues.

We are actually hampering Tony Elliott’s career by not having a mentor for him. All he had was a couple years of Chad Morris. He needs one more solid mentor and he will be a great head coach one day.

experience to help the staff

call them analysts whatever


we are relying on youth too much

CJ is NOT an experienced coach

Streeeter is not experienced enough to work with 5 star talent or develop it -- we especially need NFL experience to work with QB and footwork etc.


we need some grey hairs on this staff -

I could be wrong but I just don't ever recall co-coordinators before. We shouldn't have a coordinator that's making 2 mill a year that needs a mentor. What that coordinator needs is a pink slip. I don't see TE ever being a great coach, period. I bet right now he can't get a power 5 OC job anywhere else, especially for 2 mill a year.
