I have held mine through this. The whole sector bio pharma lost 30% last week.

My brother bought 4K shares of OGEN and sold today, but it was down to 67c last week so was just a crap week

FSP back in mid Fed. I've no idea how it has gone up $2.00+ over the past few weeks. I still need it to go way, way up for my existing shares to break even.

. I maybe would do that if I had any real idea why it is going up. Maybe buyers think that folks are going back to offices, but I can't see any place that quit paying rent going back to paying rent just yet.
