Many people are genetically limited in their ability to gain the same muscle weight as other people with different genetic capability that allows them to attain greater growth of muscle mass.
This is not a news flash.
Trent Howard is probably topped out as far as attainment of muscle mass.
Here’s another news flash. Not every big person has the genetic capability of foot speed, balance, and overall agility as other big people.
Finally, although not normally a genetic differentiator for football, not every player in the competition for playing time at OL has the discipline to not commit illegal procedure or holding penalties or lineman downfield penalties as other linemen.
Trent Howard is deemed by our coaching staff to have the best combination of size, strength, agility, and snap discipline to be one of the nine blockers in FG and extra point attempts.
You all know this.
