Your rival doesn’t have to be equal to you to be a rival. Most of us consider the season somewhat of a bust if we lose to the dirt peckers. We hate losing to them. The 5 streak was the worst Clemson football experience I’ve ever had. Nobody hates us like they do. And that goes way back before we got really good.

We won’t lose, if they have a shot in the next 10 years they better do it today but the problem is our defense is too good & their offense is really bad!

It’s still a rivalry…but it’s just not that big a deal to me personally these days. Win/lose/whatever…life goes on.
