If I didn’t know that our men’s soccer team has been going to the tournament for decades I would have no idea they were talking about the girls without the picture!

And I was a finance major. Surely people that write for a living can do better!

The typical headline on here and first paragraph of most stories would leave you clueless if you weren’t a long time Clemson fan. Clearly nobody writing for this website majored in English or journalism.

You’re clearly missing the point as most people on here do

A news story in the headline and the first sentence or two is supposed to let you know what’s going on. You can read that entire story and not know they’re talking about the women’s soccer team. It’s absolute crappy crappy crappy writing.

I follow Clemson sports passionately. Not everyone does. You’re not supposed to write a news article only for the people that are well-informed. The purpose of the story is to inform.

I swear to God I hope most of the people that comment to me sometimes did not graduate from Clemson because you are some of the most ignorant and dense people I’ve ever met in my life.
