NCAA Oversight Committee announces recommended preseason changes

The Division I Football Oversight Committee is pushing for the Division I Council to make preseason practice changes later this month that are aimed to protect the health and safety of athletes. All they are going to do is move those same injuries from practice into the regular season. Maybe even make it worse, since the guys won't be in as good a physical shape.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I was reading their BS. Hey coaches, we are doing our best to assure that your players aren't conditioned for the in game pounding by the start of the season!!!
