Yup. That sums it up. He'll get more than the 2mil he said it would take. If I understand the article, he's now the #29 prospect. Not only power but sounds like he's already got control... Definitely will get whatever he wants for offers. ####.
Question. He could get a hefty insurance policy, correct?
It comes down to how much he loves football and how much a college experience... If at all does he want.

I just wish that MLBB couldn't approach a player in anyway shape or form until after they have played with a college program for a period of time like with FB or basketball, preferably like with FB!!!

This is Clemson not SC. There is no comparison. Hopefully DJ can take hits bc there is no plan B. Investing so much time and energy into recruiting a QB and not having situational awareness was a mistake. Just own it and hope UGA doesn’t start going after DJs ankles.

Chandler and wilson were not the coaches first choice. We went after a couple 5 stars, who ended up committing elsewhere. They knew we needed more backup and they were the next best choice.

What gets me though is how Corbin at vandy can talk guys like this to come play baseball alone... So Bubba is getting a full ride. So, to me, he obviously identifies some players that could make Bubba's money to get an education first.
Hence my question above about ins policy etc. I'd say we still had a chance if Bubba had never said it'd take 2 million...

Time will tell for the draft but he would have to really love football to give up 1st Round draft money. Pretty special choices for a young kid.
