Time for the ACC Football Schools to grab the Reigns

The ACC's options are fast diminishing. Oregon will soon be gone from the PAC 10 to the B1G. They'll need another team to pair up with and that is likely ND. With that, the only football teams with national brands NOT in the Power 2 will all be in the ACC. The ACC as a whole does not value football. Basketball is king to them.
What to do? Clemson, FSU, Miami and VT need to inform the ACC they need to kick out the under-performing football schools and make room for other football-friendly programs. Yes the ACC can do this.
Bye, bye Wake Forest, GT, BC and Virgina. We need to then go after the best of what's left. Okie State,TCU, Baylor and WV. Or if we really want to make it interesting, maybe UCF. If the ACC refuses then these 4 schools need to begin direct negotiations with the Power 2 conferences, offering themselves as a package of 4 or 2 pairs.
Maybe this isn't the exact approach, but one way or another the clowns on Tobacco Road need to be sent a message that the football cream of the ACC isn't going down with them and their sinking ship.

Not necessarily. If the clowns in Greensboro are given an ultimatum by the true revenue generators of the conference and they then see the light, they can do just about anything they want. Including kicking out the dregs of the conference.
