This was undoubtedly covered in his job interview. If I was him, I would have had a plan ready to go for just this contingency.

We all knew this was coming at some point. Clemson's administration knew it, and so did the BOT. This took nobody by surprise.

No one is saying that eyes were closed to the situation, just that, in fact, it is a tough road ahead for someone six months into his first AD job.

Mr Neff is far from being the village idiot. That is why he was given the position to glide Clemson thru these changing times.
We have seen in coming for awhile now so no one is caught by surprise. I assure you that Clemson will become even better when all is said and done. SUPPORT Clemson now more than ever. Join up and show your colors for number one!
