Have the SEC write up our agreement that until 2036 we receive little to no TV money. 50 million dollar a year signing bonus which would be exempt from the GOR agreement. In 2037 we would be activated to full membership

And what would the SEC get in return for the $50 million they would be providing to us annually for 14 years??? Provisional membership with no responsibilities or labor. Yea, sign me up for that deal:)!
