college football. It appears, at least in the early going, that NIL may have broken the stranglehold Alabama had on/near the top spot of the recruiting rankings every year. While I suspect they will finish higher than they are now, they certainly are not stockpiling talent to the detriment of everybody else at this point for 2023, like they have in the past under Nick Saban.
