The poast about Brownell to Louisville got me thinking

Mack was making 4 mill a year and was set for 3 more years. Brownell has a raise in his contract, starting next year he’ll make 3 million. As opposed to both schools paying the buyout, what if we took Mack and agreed to pay his salary for these next 3 years and Louisville could have Brownell at his current contract so he could clean up their program. Even if they wanted to cut bait on Brownell after a year they’d still save a ton of money and accomplish their goal, and we would get an upgrade without having to sign him to a 6 or 7 year deal and the increase would basically just be Brownell’s buyout.

I would not care what people think if I was making what BB is making to be absolutely mediocre. Louisville, unlike Clemson, wants to improve its basketball program.
