they are about nothing more than money. They have no official power to do anything apparently, as I just referenced yesterday with the Michigan situation. I see today that the NCAA has levied some type of bushleague penalty on Jim Harbaugh, who is long gone and cut those strings before they come crashing down....but they will not do a single thing other than this petty penalty, worthless

I’m thinking they levied the harshest penalty on Harbaugh so they could be easier on the new HC since he is also implicated.
