To say Clemson benefits from brand bias is a level of gas lighting that’s on par with government propaganda. This is exactly why the only CFB I watch is Clemson and nothing else.

To me, it’s not so much the dig at Clemson. I’ve said myself that we haven’t proven ourselves on the field yet. It’s that he has singled out Clemson a couple of times now when he could have much the same criticism about several other teams in the CFP rankings. But they’re SEC (plus a couple of B1G) teams, so he’s not going to go there. It’s more his biased cherry picking that I object to.

Have no problem with what he said about Clemson the point is he’d never say it about a sec team no matter the losses. What has Missouri done to be ranked?

And as recent former Natty Champs, we may get some breaks that we otherwise would not. Now, I am sure they added the usual SEC nonsense spin to it but the basis of the argument is not wrong IMO.
