100% complete.
First, unrestricted free agency -- the way the transfer portal is set up.
Second, up to millions dollars compensation for the players, some of whom are still in high school. Here is actually one slight difference the NFL has a compensation cap; college football currently doesn't.
Finally, two conferences. Let's call one the Northern Football Conference (NFC) and the other the (SFC). Split them into 3 or 4 divisions. Have a total of 12 teams in the playoffs.
The NFL and "College" Football are about to become entirely indistinguishable.

Got to have time for studies....if they still want to do that anymore. Playing so many games....as well as NIL influence will desecrate most of that.
Who really wants to play a team twice during the regular season if it's not for a championship or a playoff.
They have so much to figure out if they want to keep the usual college experience going. They can't even really figure out who deserves to be in the playoff model we have in place now. True championship contenders and champions in college should have 0 to maybe 1 loss in a lot of opinions. Maybe D-II had it right this whole time.
If not.... well.....get ready for 16 or 25 regular season games....and like you said...another NFL or junior NFL
