Let's hope he is one of those kids that want to get away from home a bit!
A&M and Texas - big time boosters may have different "incentives" $$$$$$$$ that could lure him.
Want to make it to the league come on to Clemson given that you work extremely hard and follow directions well. Want something else that's temporary and not sustainable - go to the TX schools.
Hope he makes the better long-term choice!

Maybe Cade has some pull with him, since they are from Tx.***

and I do think we might field a decent team next year with who we have returning. I mean our DL and Potter. If DJ can improve, TEs get it together, OL grows up, and our CBs hold up we might be a big problem for a lot of teams.
I know I am probably in the minority here but I expect our LB group to be more athletic and have better production than this year. Skalski is like a God on Tnet.
I do feel like this class in 2022 will bite us at some point just not next year.
The silver lining is that with this class in 2023 we might be able to sell playing time to our 2023 recruits after the coaching chaos has stabilized.
I bet 2023 will be a top 10 class!

thing they really lack is experience so it will probably be trial by fire early on but that should pay off in the later part of our season.

Our 2022 season LB corp got a great 'trial by fire' during Cheez-It bowl.
Talk about a silver lining to the dark cloud for Cheez-It Bowl when B.Spector was out and Skalski went out early ... the young guns got a lot of meaningful PT and looked pretty good (a few busts in coverage, but still pretty good).

but I am carefully optimistic as it seems to be a really hard position to evaluate.
