hope you are right but Dabo has become very loyal to clemson coaches and clemson alumni, time to look for someone that can light a fire under these boys. look elsewhere and find a great offensive coordinator.. But i just dont see dabo and company parting ways with Tony, wished he had got that head coaching job last year somewhere..

Could you imagine how bad the uproar would be if TE had left and some new OC had inherited this #### show? The honeymoon would have been over after the first half of the UGA game!

We would have cast TE into the Orange HOF and pined for him to return us to the glory days.

Guess that’s perspective.

Although, I am curious if said new coach would feel like going the extra mile week to week to ensure to see significant improvement (not just “we got one less false start this week” and “we didn’t turn it over” ones).

Although in fairness, the 2011 team was 1000% different than the same key players + Sammy from 2010. But he’s such a great one it’s hard to say if he was the key difference (think UMD 2011).
