And love CHick's but the bun is a sugary carb which one could eat sandwich w/o or take off the top portion.

Moderation is advised.

Saying..it adds up year after year and Boom, you are fat and/or diabetic in your late 40's, more so in 50's & 60's when the metabolism shows down by 10-30%.
