Some say pulling DJ for a series would hurt his confidence...

But there are ways to do it and be positive. I would have him sit a series and stand next to Dabo as like an assistant and let him see what is going on from the other side to see if he is reading something from the defense differently. I think doing this a couple of times a game could help him play better?

Who did not go though most of fall camp with this team? Someone I expect is likely still getting his sea legs back?

He might be the answer.....but I think if it was that simple, it would be done.

I am afraid that the coaches know that TP or Helms would play as good or slightly better and rhen they would have to fight the firestorms from fans a media, asking why didn't they fo thus sooner or ehy didn't they see this in practice. I don't think that putting in another QB hasn't crossed their minds, its the fact that if they did they would open a giant can of worms and they rather sacrifice trying an experiment over dealing with a bonanza of crazy questions and fan drama.

That's the best thing I can come up with as to why they haven't tried a series or two. Putting in the 4th string QB for wildcat yesterday and putting him in on the second series for SC State, this is the most idiotic playcalling I have ever seen. And if I was TP or HH, I would be livid, seriously!

We have played 2 quarterbacks in the past so what would be the problem with that. Saban has too!!!

I would say “is he confident now?” Cause if that’s a confident quarterback we probably need him to be shaken or something that’s 180 degrees from where he is.
