Retro tune to ease the day

One night at the lowest point in my life was jogging after dark in 30 degree weather with a radio.

Things were not going well for me, even Country Music had become crap and not real Country.

This tune came on. This good ole boy reached back and saved Country Music.
Who will do that for us today?

Most don't know Glen Campbell was one of the best ever guitar pickers, had talent above most.

I have always heard Glenn did not read a note of music. One of the best players ever and in demand for everyones sessions before he made it big. My wife saw him as a fill in for Brian Wilson on a Beach Boys tour before he was "discovered".

Real Country is hard to find now, none is on the radio.
I used to have this LP before the fire.
George is real country, he even got a DUI for going to the bar driving a lawn mower.
Like Hank, he was often too ?? to take the stage.
He became known as 'No Show Jones".
