I understand that there would be a lump-sum penalty fee for leaving the ACC AND the forfeiture of TV rights for the duration of the agreement.

My question is what constitutes TV rights?

Is it only what would accrue through the ACC income due to airing of older games - or is it a forfeiture of any TV rights associated with Clemson no matter where earned or through association of any conference?
