the game........see who is the best from that and run with it......we SHOULD be able to beat GT/Furman/LT with our punter at QB...... so if we have a lack luster passing performance in the furst 3 games.... we may be in trouble again this year.
DJ may lose the job during the 1st quarter of the GT game, he may end the season raising the NC Trophy over his head. It's his job to screw up and lose. Doesn't matter what message boarders think. Dabo already told your kind that, yet you fail to understand LOL
implodes, short looks is all it will be for Cade. Remember Watson being put in the game against Georgia his freshman year, and throwing an absolute laser long over the middle for a touchdown? Then, right back to the bench he went.
What Dabo is doing has worked pretty well, I'd say. I might grumble, but I'm not gonna second guess one of only two coaches in the country who have a long 10+ wins a year streak going.
While 2018 worked out pretty well for us because KB was a very solid QB. I’d argue even Dabo would admit in hindsight that he should have let DW4 take the rest of that UGA game. Our inability to move the ball on offense led to our Defensive getting extremely tired and lost to GA.
I agree that is DJs job to lose. I can say it enough that I am pulling hard for him to succeed. But if Cade comes in during the first three games and out preforms DJ I don’t see Dabo not pulling the trigger. He knows how big that NCST game is.
DW was also still recovering from a broken collarbone in spring practice early season so they were purposefully easing him in. I'd say with the way his career unfolded, and the team achievements that occurred that Dabo probably didn't do too much second guessing on 2014.
