Don't we now have a portal coordinator ? What does he do all day ? Does he or she have like a secretary who answers the phone and welcomes people ? What has this office been doing for the past year ? We have signed no one from the portal so why was it formed if we do nothing.

Dan Pearman is in that position I believe. He was awful at recruiting so they moved him to portal observation to basically keep him on the payroll. Ignoring the portal is absurd. You are basically handcuffing yourself.
