Playoff Offensive Lineup

How do yall think an offense would look with Williams at RB Bringingstool at TE and at WR a combination of Wesco, Moore, and Brown? My thinking is get your best players on the field and I’m just concerned with Mafah’s shoulder. Any thoughts?

There better be a plan for RB. I’ll be surprised if Mafah plays beyond the 1st quarter as Texas will be hitting him hard between the tackles. The shoulder has taken so many hits this season. He had the bye week to rest it before the November stretch and he came back playing his worst over that stretch. Probably needs surgery.

Unless we get some great news on Haynes, we are going to have some production from the younger guys to win the game. Would be a great time for Eziomume or Green to step up and provide a spark.
If we cannot run for 75 or 100 yards, I just do not see how we win the game. I am not sure a 1 dimensional offense can beat Texas.
The only way an all out passing attack will beat Texas is if we get TEs involved a lot more and throw things at Texas they have not seen on tape.
And someone please tell Riley and Goodwin that whatever works in the first half will be taken away in the 2nd half, so going to have to make adjustments at half.

Nothing will change, the WRs will stay as is. Adams and EZE will have to help produce. Only thing I'm hoping for is that they come up with a package to get Randall the ball some, maybe out of the backfield or something quick just to get the ball in his hands. He's our biggest WR and we need to play big against this defense. Also need to get Stool involved more, maybe some seam routes over the middle.

Why would we take a stud WR and put him out of position? Now, we've weakened ourselves at both WR and RB.
Backup RBs have to play, plain and simple.

You don’t take one of your big play receivers out. It will be running back by committee relying on Adams on short yardage if Mafah is limited and EZ for quick bursts. I wouldn’t mind seeing some wildcat packages for Sammy as a wrinkle. I’d like to see Green for a few runs but not sure the staff would trust him in such a big game.

Look, even UGA couldn't run it on their defensive front. We wouldn't be able to run it even with a healthy Mafah.
Just plug in the backup who can pass block and maybe catch a ball out of the backfield. We will only beat them throwing the ball IMO.
