"sanctions" include the ability of any student athlete to transfer and PLAY immediately as part of the "Deal" ?

and also - I said ANY meaning Football players or any other scholarship athletes under the AD drip zone; anyone that wants to transfer and cont playing NCAA sport. (I can't remember which sports require sitting out when transferring - just football, basketball, any others?)

I think you have to sit out in any sport if you transfer in the same. but I could be wrong classification of school not so if you move down a division

sports

Track n field, Tennis, whatever

BUT it was MORE an AD Athletic dept deal as much as FOOTBALL. It was the Admins covering up. It wasn't the football players doing something wrong.

So I am thinking ANY Athlete that DOESN'T want to be associated should be able to transfer if they want.

Just a thought

of course some kids with lessor talent will get recruited because they might get playing time there.

especially for any players that are there now and unhappy with various aspects of whatever

They should get the ability to transfer to any school and be eligible to play immediately.
