Yes. Does sound catchy in Spanish. But to me kinda awkward in English. Seems like it should be plural (wings and waves).

Just thinking if the place in the states was named " wing and ale" idk 🤷‍♀️

I like it. Might want to consider making them plural, as in Wings N Waves.

Customers likely are going to want to eat more than 1 wing and see more than 1 wave. Also, and this might just be me, but when I hear singular wave, my mind first goes to a motion of the hand used to say goodbye / hello. For some reason, waves plural makes me think of the ocean.

Might consider the term “Petero”. A Latin word used in a lot of research in birds.

I think the term Nike also relates to avians.
