Great location to mountains and beach
Great quality fan base
MONEY AINT EVERYTHING
coaching intelligent athletes
Great weather

1000% agree. So many people assume if you're not moving, then in essence, you're moving down. That's the "me" world we live in. Stayed in a job 35 years and never regretted a minute of it. Guess that's why I have so much respect for bud foster and Mickey Andrews. As CBV said last year, why screw up happy.

He’s a competitor, he’s been loyal, he’s been a CFB assistant for 25 years! He’s 50 and not getting younger and has a chance to go “home” so to speak to get his first HC gig at an amazing blue blood program. This isn’t a grass is greener or money grab, it’s the normal evolution or next step in life for him. He can be the HC at OU until he’s 70 if he does a good job, can you imagine him 60+ having to be a DC with all that energy and intensity every play? I’m happy for him, it’s well deserved and a top 5 job of all time.

I agree but you can do a lot of hunting and fishing after 5-10 mill a year for 2-3 and then 20 mill dollar check if it doesn’t work out.
