One thing everyone can agree on, and something that hasn't

been discussed nearly as much as it should be, is WR/TE drops this year. And quite honestly, the last year as well.
The only things I'm coming up with are:
A) Jeff Scott's absence is hurting more than staff cares to admit or B) Grisham isn't the answer at WR coach. or C) We have missed on our WR/TE talent evaluations or D) All of the above

I'll go with A and B.
It's impossible for Clemson to have missed on all of our TE's and WR's.
Our WR's have been on the downslide since Jeff Scott's departure. Our WR's run banana routs and no longer create any separation as a result. Grisham should be under a microscope. We've underutilized the TE's for years, and their development is squarely on TE Tony Elliot as their position coach.
Sometimes the most obvious answer is the correct one.

E) We don't have THE GUY in those positions to take control of the situation and put the group on his back.
Ross clearly thinks he is the guy but isn't playing like that type of player, and we've never seen him be THE GUY so we don't know if he can or not.
The trouble is that everybody else thinks Ross is THE GUY as well and it seems they are uncomfortable when their number is called for a big moment.
1 of 2 things must happen.
Ross must become what we all thought he would be this season or everybody else has to realize that they have to carry their own weight around the field and do their individual part when the lights come on.
