I attended the spring game as many of you did. The scrimmage that I watched closely today was a considerable improvement over what I watched on that very chilly afternoon in March. It’s very difficult to analyze a scrimmage between “your” defense against “your”offense but you can easily see how the players react to every situation on the field. Today was a positive day for me as a rabid Tiger fan. I can see nothing but this team coming together as Labor Day nears. There is a wealth of talent in the guys you will see running down the hill this year

As a side note, I, like many of you were concerned when Coach V left the Tigers for greener pastures (lol). Don’t think for a moment that the staff in place now is not as good as the a tigers have had — you may be wrong. I met new coach Eason today and his presence on the sidelines will pay off in spades.

A lot of work ahead but it is going to be a fun year. I hope that you all have your tickets.
That new scoreboard is going to be something to see first hand CU in the Valley
