We really don't know what the FB team would've been like or what they could have accomplished if Dabo would have hired proven coaches over replacing Elliot and Venables with within coaches especially Wes Goodwin. IMHO, Goodwin or Streeter wasn't good choices for replacing Venables or Elliot, but if either Goodwin or Streeter had a half chance of making it, IMO it was Streeter. A proven DC may have been able to buy Streeter enough time to actually do the job as our OC, the wrong guy was fired first IMHO...
