Offense vs Defense

Will someone tell me how BV can make adjustments to the defense for some offense he didn't prepare for but TE is lost when the opponents defense is something new to him.

well we cant take a direct snap from under center. To me that speaks volumes

its been amateur hour behind the headsets on offense for a while - i think brad and jeff leaving really turned over the cart and spilled the apples

we need “something” - I’m not smart enough and I don’t get paid millions a year so maybe one of those guys can figure it out - they will but this season may just be a bummer/loss - not something that can be fixed mid season in my opinion
