Never surprised at players going to portal for more playing

time, but shocked when they straight up say they are going for more money. Prime example, the coot tight ends. They were both very good player for them and the kid form Oklahoma flat out going looking for NIL. While I'm happy to see it happen to them, if that becomes the norm, then this sport is done. I really hope some governing body can take shape soon, now that they have the expanded playoff squared away.

I can't really blame any of our players that have left thus far. I would like to keep Pace, Collins, and Bentley, but I see why they are leaving.

What does this do for our recruiting numbers?
What does it do for our portal activity?

Got to keep the roster numbers up, and can't just fill with afterthoughts.

Well thats a matter of opinion personally i think if we offer a scholarship that means something ...but in this woke bull$hit it does not
