Monte Lee will not be fired after this season. If you don't like it then find another team to root for. Otherwise support him and root for him to get better.

That’s the problem if they are friends. Heck if I hire my friend to work for me I expect him to do his job. If he doesn’t perform to my expectations then he is gone. Why settle for less.

Why do we always have to accept mediocrity? He will now be seven seasons in, never having made it out of a Regional with back-to-back years of not even making the Tournament.
Is this program headed in the right Direction? NO, it is not! It's time to find someone who can turn this debacle of a program around and we need to stop making excuses for it, it's quite sad and pathetic!

First of all I ask you, do you work in the AD office to know what Neff will, or will not not do. Secondly, I tell you that your suggestions for the fan base to get behind Lee, is nothing more than you saying that our fan base should support losing bc, that is all that we have had from Monte Lee since he became the HC of our baseball team.
I'm speaking for myself only bc, most of our fan base is probably old enough to do their own thinking, and how to express their feelings on whether or not Lee is fired or kept. My feelings would be sad if Lee is retained. It is my personal opinion that Monte Lee has had more than enough time to move our program beyond what it was when Jack Leggett was fired, and IMO, it has regressed, and I feel that there's no better time than now for new blood if Lee fails to get our baseball program to Omaha, and it's looking at this point that it's not going to happen. New Blood needed IMHO!!!
