He's too laid back!

When receivers are dropping balls, or missing blocks on perimeter plays - the QB needs to get in that player's space and let them hear it. Tell them to pick it up and get it done better.
His laid-back personality isn't good when things are not going well.
The mystery here is: "we have seen this dude perform at a higher level" what gives as to why such a drastic and sudden fall?

Need to see Puma early next week. I think it settles down DJ. He’s trying to be THE guy on offense. Needs to see that the back up can handle the team. He cares too much.
