Set some type of bare minimum qualifications to get a big dance invite like football you need to win atleast 6 games for bowl consideration. You should have to win atleast x amount of conference games to get an invite and you can't have a losing record in conference play to get in. Maybe then you want have over half of one conference getting bids. Never got how a power conference team that is like 3 games over .500 get an invite outside of winning conference tourney autobid.
