At 60 yrs old, I am pretty sure he can survive retirement. But he will get hired and make another $2-4mil per year on top of that and he won't have to struggle as much.

Getting fired as a Head Football Coach has to be one of the best gigs ever! Or maybe the 2nd string NFL QB that makes like $9m a year to throw hand signals, not sure which is better??

And yet people wonder why we as fans complain when teams and coaches do not compete for titles. Coaches make 6-10 million a year. I feel no sympathy for them at all. Then they fell to produce and get millions to simply go away. These elevated salaries are what started the demise of college football not the NIL!!

Looks like Nick Saban has another potential line consultant for 2022.
